Sometimes things don’t pan out quite how we want them to! But let’s work it out.

To start the return process for your order, please email us at hoxton@hoxtonspirits.com

Be sure to include your name, order number and reason for return.

What Items Can I Return?

For spirits, all returns must be:

Sealed and in the original packaging, without damage

If you have received a damaged item, please contact us at hoxton@hoxtonspirits.com with details and photos of the item in it’s current state. 

For clothing & apparel:

All items must be un-worn, un-washed and in the condition they arrived to you in.

Is there a fee for returning an item?

You are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items to us unless the item has arrived to you damaged – if this is the case, you will need to provide photos of the package to hoxton@hoxtonspirits.com. We will then review and be in contact with you regarding a refund/replacement or alternative resolution.

When will I receive my refund?

All returned items are inspected once we receive them. Once this process is complete we will contact you to advise of our acceptance or refusal of any refund. Any applicable refund will be processed within 14 days.
