GERRY CALABRESE

CEO & FOUNDER

Led by Gerry Calabrese, a dynamic entrepreneur and CEO, Hoxton Spirits has quickly become one of the most exciting global brands in the drinks sector. Gerry, son of the famous mixologist Salvatore Calabrese, brings extensive experience in building successful bars and nightclubs over the past 15 years. Since its launch in 2022, Gerry and his team have propelled Hoxton Spirits to the top with their innovative approach. Supported by a talented team with backgrounds in major global alcohol groups, Gerry continues to lead the brand to new heights.

PAUL JOHNSON

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Paul, is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader, with a 25-year blue-chip record in global private equity.

With a rich background spanning Barclays and Lloyds Bank’s private equity arm, Paul has a track record of success in brand and venture building along-with maximizing investor returns. Paul’s expertise extends beyond traditional finance, having launched three successful start-ups through his own advisory and investment company, demonstrating his commitment to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship.

Kim is an experienced marketing director. An impassioned and visionary individual, having built a career across several sectors and has worked with several global brands.

GLOBAL COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

Dale has worked for some of the biggest names in the drinks industry and brings a wealth of knowledge to Hoxton Spirits, having looked after some of the biggest customers in the UK On-Trade, heading up their Prestige Off-Trade, as well as Global Travel Retail and Duty-Free.

LATIFAT REFFELL

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Latifat is a qualified accountant with 15 years of post-qualification experience in Satellite Communications, Financial Services and Real Estate. Before joining Hoxton Spirits, Latifat was a Financial Reporting Manager at OneWeb where she delivered business-critical financial support services.

MICHAEL WELLS

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Michael Wells, renowned for his innovative marketing approach, garnered experience at reputable companies such as Belu, Cellar Trends, and William Grant and Sons before joining Hoxton Spirits. Michael has demonstrated leadership and a forward-thinking mindset, driving both sales and purposeful change within the industry.
