Inspired by island living! Created with love and passion. Every bottle journeys through an extensive process which involves fresh banana being macerated for five weeks, blending with only the finest fermented and distilled Caribbean rums.
On the nose, there is a distinct molasses rum character backed up by gentle banana. On the palate however, the banana comes very much to the fore, and lingers on the finish with a smooth, just off-dry tropical fruit and spirit note.
Our Caribbean inspired rum lends itself to a wealth of tasty cocktail ideas. Mix it with tropical fruits or go classic and make yourself a banana daquiri.
